Payment options

Payment by bank transfer
After you have confirmed your order you will receive an invoice from us with our payment details. You can pay for you purchase by making a bank transfer. After we receive the payment on our account we will ship the product to you, or you can pick up the product at our company.

Payment on pick-up
When collecting the product you can choose to pay in cash or by debit card (Maestro). We do not accept a credit card.

Shipping options

Pick-up
You can pick it up your order on weekdays at our office at Madame Curieweg 13, 5482 TL in Schijndel. This is possible up to half an hour before closing time.

Shipping options
For all order that must be send, the shipping costs are calculated separately. In the table below you will find an overview of the shipping costs.

On the day that your product will be shipped you will receive an e-mail from the transport company about the delivery time. Your order will be delivered to the address you specified.

Delivery times
Brus Motors strives that upon receipt of payment on business days before 2:30 PM, the order (within the Netherlands or Belgium) will be delivered within 1 business day. With the exception of Sunday and public holidays. Delivery time for the Rest of Europe is on request.

Warranty

You can find the guarantee for each product at our stock page, by the product itself.

We will do our utmost best to keep you satisfied. In the unlikely event that there is a complaint or a problem with our service and / or products, we would of course like to hear this. You can make this known to us by sending an e-mail to  or call +31(0)73 54 79 542.

Return instructions engine and gearbox

When you bought an engine and/or a gearbox where you paid deposit for. You need to put the old engine and/or gearbox as complete as we supplied properly strapped on a pallet. In case of a rebuild engine you need to put the engine back in the packaging frame where we supplied it in.

Engine and/or gearbox has to be free of liquids when it will be picked-up by the transport company. Leakages during transport are assessed as an environmental offense with fines.

You can contact us to report your return. When your shipment is in the Benelux you will receive from us a transport label that you need to stick on the shipment. For the rest of Europe the distributor will have a transport label with them at picking up the shipment. The shipment will be picked-up by the distributor as soon as possible.

After receiving, checking and approval of the engine and/or gearbox we will credit the deposit on the invoice as soon as possible.
